NEPA's CEQ regulations require federal agencies to develop internal procedures to: a) Make diligent efforts to involve the public in implementing their NEPA procedures, and to (b) Provide public notice of NEPA-related hearings, public meetings, and the availability of environmental documents to inform those persons and agencies who may be interested or affected. Sites Southwest is experienced in designing and implementing public involvement plans for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Federal Highway Administration, and Fish and Wildlife Service.
