Sites Southwest is proud to be associated with Ayers, Saint and Gross Architects in a Master Planning effort for a new Campus for the University of New Mexico in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Beyond traditional campus planning this project intends to marry "Town and Gown" in order to develop a fully integrated campus and downtown. This project is more comprehensive than most campus planning work because as part of the project we are working with the Kellogg and Associates team for the City Center, one of our partners in this proposal. The project includes land and campus planning, programming, standards and guidelines development, planning for sustainability and implementation and phasing.
