Stes Southwest is currently working with the Las Esperanzas Community Organization to develop a plan to create a blueprint for future streetscape, park/plaza and housing rehabilitation design in this historic neighborhood east of Downtown Las Cruces. Our designers have just completed the design of a small park/plaza/gateway element on Picacho Avenue. The plan was completed in 2007.
