Sites Southwest recently completed a plan for the downtown Farmington MRA. The focus of this project is on implementation of ideas expressed in prior plans. Sites Southwest and Strategy 5, a national economic development firm, teamed to develop a strategy for downtown revitalization and catalytic projects. The plan drew heavily on the expertise of local officials, business people, property owners, residents and non-profit groups to generate and respond to ideas and proposed projects during a four-day charrette process.
