Sites Southwest prepared a market research and design study for the International Marketplace, a proposed ethnic marketplace to be located in a multi-ethnic community of Albuquerque. Project partners include the City of Albuquerque and a local property owner and businessman. The project included a market study to determine potential customers and viable business types; a marketing strategy for the center; a conceptual design for the marketplace and for supporting off-site public improvements; a financial analysis consisting of pro-forma income and cash-flow statements and an estimated project rate of return; and project implementation strategies.
