Mariposa is a sustainably oriented and planned community development project of over 8000 acres. The first phase of Mariposa includes over 35 acres of native landscaped streets and trails, and over 30 acres of additional parks including a future 24 acre regional recreation facility. Subsequently, Sites Southwest is serving as landscape architects and designers for the project. In addition, we have provided management services to establish an overall landscape management plan for the community and to generate a foundation of critical operational procedures and schedules for the state of the art central irrigation control system.
