Village of Ruidoso Affordable Housing Plan
The Village of Ruidoso is a resort community in south central New Mexico. Much of the available housing was built for seasonal use because of that. The lack of affordable housing for both service workers and entry level employees impacted the local economy.
Dona Ana County Affordable Housing Plan
Just under half of Dona Ana County’s population resides in the incorporated communities of Las Cruces and Mesilla. Over half of the population lives in smaller towns, villages and unincorporated communities along the Rio Grande Valley. Many of those communities are designated colonias with significant needs for basic infrastructure and affordable housing.

Nob Hill/Highland Sector Development Plan
Albuquerque’s Nob Hill and Highland neighborhoods contain historic residential areas and the city’s first commercial center along old Route 66. Sites Southwest was charged with updating and expanding a 20-year old Sector Development Plan.
Las Cruces Downtown Revitalization Master Plan and Design
Sites Southwest was lead designer for a number of downtown Las Cruces catalyst projects including reopening Main Street and designing the city’s first plaza, new streetscapes and a roundabout.
