@25 is a mixed-use office and commercial brownfield development on the old Digital Equipment Company site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The development consists of 45 acres and over 500,000 square feet of building space at I-25 and Jefferson Boulevard. Sites Southwest not only designed the landscape for the project, but worked with the architect on site planning strategies.
The landscape and hardscape elements provide optimum pedestrian amenities with a southwestern sensibility. Native vegetation planted in unorthodox and dramatic ways enhance the retro style architecture. A central pedestrian plaza complements building use and creates a gathering space for residents.
Sites Southwest also provided a Landscape Management Plan to the developer from which the maintenance for the development was bid.
