The first phase of Mariposa encompassed over 35 acres of native landscaped streets and trails. Over 30 acres of additional parks–including a future 24-acre regional recreation facility–were also in phase one. Sites Southwest served as landscape architects and designers for the project.

!25 is a mixed-use office and commercial brownfield development on the old Digital Equipment Company site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The development consists of 45 acres and over 500,000 square feet of building space at I-25 and Jefferson Boulevard. Sites Southwest not only designed the landscape for the project, but worked with the architect on site planning strategies.

Hahn Arroyo Master Plan and Design

Sites Southwest teamed with Smith Engineering for the design and rebuild of the Hahn. The primary purpose of the project was to replace the drainage lining while addressing water quality.

The corridor surrounding and providing access to Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Texas should not only be useful, but nice to view. That was Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation and TXDOT’s mission when they tasked Sites Southwest with putting together an Aesthetics Master Plan for the project.
