Questa Comprehensive Plan

The Village of Questa hired Sites to lead the Comprehensive Plan Update for the community in spring 2024. Sites facilitated a planning and engagement process to understand the unique elements of this community, social and organizational dynamics, and creative resources and funding opportunities to achieve common goals. The team spent time participating in community events, conducting extensive tours and facilities assessments with staff, and initiating conversations with Village leaders and businesses. Community engagement involved meeting people where they are, including at the Farmers' Market and going door-to-door to visit local businesses. The team drafted plan goals and strategies, which were brought back to the community for refinement in August 2024. The plan update was adopted, unanimously, by the Village Council.
