Felipe Perez III
Felipe is a landscape designer with a background in regenerative agriculture, parks and trails maintenance, and community-driven ecological restoration. His work is grounded in an ethic of land stewardship and a deep respect for the people who care for and maintain our built and natural environments. Felipe is particularly interested in how thoughtful design can support long-term landscape performance by building soil, creating habitat, and shaping sustainable, resilient spaces over time. He brings both hands-on field experience and technical design skills, with proficiency in tools such as CAD, Rhino, Lumion, and the Adobe Suite. At SITES, Felipe is motivated by the opportunity to connect design with care, exploring how maintenance can be understood as an essential and generative part of the landscape. Outside of work, Felipe enjoys gardening, working on his bike and car, and making pizza. A fun fact about Felipe: when he was seven, he spent a summer making piñatas with his dad and selling them at Pike Place Market to save up for his first bicycle.
Felipe earned an Associate of Arts with an emphasis in Sustainable Agriculture from Seattle Central College and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington.
