Allie Caskey, AICP
Allie is a passionate community planner who excels at creating meaningful connections and enhancing quality of life for residents. At Sites, she specializes in long-range and strategic planning, producing comprehensive, redevelopment, housing, and economic development plans. She is also deeply involved in her community, serving as a board member for Nob Hill MainStreet, where she leads the development of a neighborhood wayfinding system. Before joining Sites, Allie gained experience with the Street Food Institute, developing a community engagement strategy and expanding workforce development programs. She also worked with a small village to promote historic preservation and environmental sustainability. Allie loves exploring New Mexico’s diverse communities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and learning about the unique stories behind the places in which she works. She especially enjoys hearing residents talk about their hometowns and contributing to projects that directly improve their quality of life. In her free time, Allie enjoys walking around Nob Hill, biking around the UNM campus, and salsa dancing. A fun fact about Allie: she studied Russian in high school!
Allie earned her Master’s in Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Mexico in 2023 and a BA in Economics and Sustainable Urban Development from Lake Forest College in 2021.
